Honolulu Star-Advertiser Premium App Reviews

I constantly get an AUTHENTICATION REQUIRED message trying to log on the app even though I have no problem viewing the print replica in safari. I contacted the paper and they are clueless.

I started using the Honolulu Star-Advertiser Premium App for about a month; and I signed up for the monthly issues. Since then on four occasions, the most recent issue was unavailable for download. I receive the daily printed edition, but with my failing eye sight; I prefer reading the Honolulu Star-Advertiser Premium on my iPad-mini. I awake at 4:30 AM every morning - this is my time to read the Honolulu Star-Advertiser Premium before overcome by other events. Please do something to make the Honolulu Star-Advertiser Premium reliable. My monthly subscription is until Nov. 26, 2014. I am preparing to cancel my subscription before Nov. 26, 2014; unless you correct this problem. And how are you supposed to communicate with me, if I am unable to successfully register on you App. Nov. 14, 2014; 10:08 AM; where is my download of the Honolulu Star-Advertiser Premium for today???

Unable to view print version in widescreen/landscape format on iPhone since latest update. Please fix ASAP

I dislike this update. Especially that I can no longer view on my iPad held in the inverted position. Come on, fix this already! Two updates and it still cant be viewed upside down with the power cord on top instead of jammed into me while reading!
