...and customer support doesnt seem to have a clue how their own app works. (or doesnt work) I got the new iPad and have not been able to log in even though we have two subscriptions now. Never was able to select "keep issues for 7 days". The whole presentation and lack of functionality feels amateurish, as if it were a class project.

Worked once. Was great! Now I cannot download. Why?

Love the concept (when it was working) hate apps delivery. Fixing it would help to convince me to keep my subscription.

If you already have a subscription authorized for online viewing, you dont need an additional subscription for this app. I get the paper 3 days a week for $52 a year, but can access each daily edition on here at no additional charge. Now thats customer appreciation!

Easy to use and read!

The "bug fixes" have only made things worse. I cant slide or jump to another page without the app freezing and crashing. I restarted the app, and that didnt fix the issue. This app is the only reason I am a paying internet subscriber because it lets me read the paper when I dont have access to the web. If this app isnt going to work, Star Advertiser should give its online subscribers access to other means of being able to read the paper while offline.

Easy, efficient interface. Speedy, but a few reliability issues. It even makes Borreca seem less huhu.

Now Im paying for a paper I cant get. Since the last up grade the app wont open.

After launching the App, nothing appears in my "bookshelf." I click on the Store button and it hangs endlessly in a "Downloading Catalog..." loop. Absolute junk.

Im writing this review to help others like me that have been trying to get their Star-Advertiser in this app and cant. It appears that this app is no longer supported. I did some digging and the company that made this app had also made apps for other papers, none which seem to be supported anymore either. The good news is, they have a new app called Press Reader, which seems to be a new app that supports multiple papers, including the Star-Advertiser. Getting that app and using the same login credentials you used to use in this app will allow you to get your paper again. Its strange that I never received any kind of notification informing me of this change. That would probably be a good thing to add to the description for this app, along with the other old non-supported apps.
