I started using the Honolulu Star-Advertiser Premium App for about a month; and I signed up for the monthly issues. Since then on four occasions, the most recent issue was unavailable for download.
I receive the daily printed edition, but with my failing eye sight; I prefer reading the Honolulu Star-Advertiser Premium on my iPad-mini.
I awake at 4:30 AM every morning - this is my time to read the Honolulu Star-Advertiser Premium before overcome by other events.
Please do something to make the Honolulu Star-Advertiser Premium reliable.
My monthly subscription is until Nov. 26, 2014. I am preparing to cancel my subscription before Nov. 26, 2014; unless you correct this problem.
And how are you supposed to communicate with me, if I am unable to successfully register on you App.
