It worked nice once ...

I forgot my username or password and am unable to authorize my account. It worked initially but then had problems. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it but no luck, still not working. I see no link within the app to recover a password. I called the papers telephone number and was promised a call-back to help. Well, that didnt happen. Its a pretty app for the one time it worked.
